Lung Cancer
Risk from all forms of cancer seem to be reduced by eating a healthy diet, which inclues a wide range of carotenoids, including lutein and zeaxanthin. I have read that tofu eaten during adolescence may protect against ****** cancer in middle age. The older you get, though, your genetics catch up with you, and for some people, diet is not absolutely protective, though it may postpone cancer until you are older.
