Smoking to keep off the weight?

Nathan B asked:
I’m fifteen, and I smoke. I started smoking to lose weight and now I’m smoking to keep off the weight. I’m not addicted (at least I don’t think, I’ve quit before but the weight came back). Is there any way (besides diet and exercise, which by the way never work for me.) that i can keep off the weight other than smoking? And besides the obvious addiction and cancer risks, is there something wrong with smoking to keep off the weight? Any help appreciated.

15 is young..I heard that smoking this earlier really messes you up faster.
Try exercise. It’s healthier.

You need more reasons than cancer and addiction to think smoking is bad? OK, how about this? Your breath stinks, it turns your teeth yellow, non-smokers can smell a smoker coming from a mile away because it gets in your hair, your skin, and your clothes (and it’s not a pleasant smell, btw), the cigs stain your fingers brown where you hold them. I know you don’t want to know the cancer risks, but I’ll mention one anyway. My uncle developed mouth cancer from smoking. He had to have his lower lip and part of his tongue removed. If you want a date for the prom when you’re a senior, I don’t recommend contracting mouth cancer.
You said diet and exercise don’t work for you. How long did you do it? The best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. That means having the will power to watch what you eat and spend a little time each day exercising. For most folks it does work, but it may take a while for results to show.

It’s quite simple. Walk or ride a bike and eat healthy. Please stop smoking. It’s not worth it.

You can try using hoodia. It works. I lost 92 lbs. with it. You have to use it and exercise as well though. Only mild exercise needed though. If you look into buying hoodia try going to this site, … it’s what I used to lose the weight.

This weightloss was happen because of your sickness.
smoking creates sickness and destroy body tissue.
It creates sickness.so ,naturally u can feel weightless,But it is harmful for your health.
