I am writing a fictional book about a young woman who has cancer and her she rejects her new lung. What would be a good title? All I have so far is Rejection and I’m not liking that very much.

Silent Scream
I had cancer. It’s a horrible thing to deal with. I wanted to scream at the unfairness of it, the fear, the pain, but I didn’t have the energy, the voice, to scream out loud.
LOL…I guess Silent Scream sounds more like a horror novel though.
Smoking Effects
Strength.
Baby Steps.
‘Take a Deep Breath’, or just ‘ Breathe’.

Your publisher can help you create a marketable title. If you look for a title on Yahoo answers, you are likely to get titles similar to the following:
Aqua Lung
Breathless
Forever Together
You need to find a metaphor that repeats a theme in the book, perhaps:
Seeking Grace
It can be a physical object that plays an important and pivotal part of the book.
