I was wondering how compatible a libra woman is with a cancer man? We’ve been together for seven years, but he’s so needy, paranoid, jealous, and constantly thinks I’m cheating on him? I don’t know if this is going to work for me any longer!

Not really. Both are romantic and neither one likes to fight.
Your a Libra, if your not married to him by now, you won’t be. All libras have a marriage sometime in their lives sooner or later.
Libras are usually popular and attractive, so he is probably very right to be insecure. Cancer likes to sit at home, cook and nurture and shelter away from the world and people. If you dump him now, you won’t have a problem finding someone else.

Have you ever been with someone who seems to have EVERYTHING going for them…..Everything the world tells you the “perfect” catch should be: Attractive, Intelligent, Good credit, Family Oriented, Dedicated, Ambitious, Stylish, Successful, Fun, Affectionate….but for some reason, you’re just not all that passionate about them???…Like the chemistry’s just not there….or like something’s just missing between you? Well that’s how it was when I was with my Cancer boyfriend. My cousin set us up, and almost right away, I was “Wow, he’s a gentleman, and he has everything going for him”….so I was totally for being in a relationship with this guy who seemed perfect. When he asked for commitment after a few weeks of dating, I figured, “He’s a great catch, I’d be stupid to refuse”….and I agreed, thinking that the passion/magnetism would come later. Except it never did. I was so confused, I didn’t know what the hell was going on…I was beating myself in the head going, “Are you crazy woman!!! This is the perfect guy for you…he’s nuts about you!” lol….but for some reason, it’s like I just never had that chemistry with him. He was very handsome, affectionate, and intelligent, but for some reason, I just never felt the passionate sparks that I was used to in my relationships. At that point I’d only dated 2 Gems, 1 Sag, and 1 Cap before him, but I just did not feel that chemistry for him. I tried to stick around, as not to hurt him, but when my eyes started to wander, I broke it off….and it CRUSHED me…because I knew he was a sweet guy who didn’t deserve it, but I just couldn’t feign passion anymore. I told him he deserved someone who was GA-GA over him, not someone who was just doing it because her family loved him, and he seemed like the “perfect” guy.
So there’s my experience. In addition, from what I’ve ever read on any compatibility reports, Capricorn, Virgo, and Cancer are the top most incompatible signs for Libra. The Cancer females I know seem to hate or be jealous of me for whatever reason, so go figure…lol
But there are ALWAYS exceptions. Good luck.
