On my Moms side of the family my great Grandpa had Cancer and his Wife (my great grandma) had Heart problems on my Dads side of the family my Cousin died of Cancer and my Grandpa is fighting Heart Problems right now. What would the chance be for me to develop Cancer and/or Heart problems?

u have a positive family history ,the genetic side,but remember every disease requests a certain life style to develop it,the both interaction u get either cancer or heart problem ,so live a healthy life style and dont worry ,the risk will increase only if u follow the risky lifestyle which develops the disease,(cancer and heart disease are poly genetic )
