My chest or lung on the left hurts when i breathe, also sometimes i rub on it i can feel the pain?

why is it happening anything to resolve except for seeing a doctor?
this has happened propb like a month now!

The fact that you feel surface pain and that it is brought on by your nose stopping up means it’s most likely just a small muscle strain in the muscles between your ribs at that point. Time alone should heal that and you can take things like Tylenol for the pain. You might check with your doctor to see what you can do about your nose stuffing up, though. There are lots of new allergy medicines that can help.
As always, if the chest pain gets much worse or you have trouble breathing, see your doctor ASAP.
