Beauty mark turned cancer spot?

I have this beauty mark a little smaller than the top eraser part on a pencil, on the right side of my stomach. A year or two ago it became, like…spotted? Not multicolor, but discolored ya know? And my doctor said nothing is wrong, just look at it. But recently, it has been starting to itch and turning red occasionally around it. Is that bad? What should I do?

moles only become cancerous when the become black. but for your condition just put some anit-itch cream on it. see wat happens. if it gets worse see a dermotologist
