My uncle has lost one kidney and is likely to lose the other in the next couple of months. I have been reading about the benefits but have not read of any dangers relating to any situation such as this. Please only experienced individuals answer. This is someones life that is dear to me.
I’m going to start a juice fast in a couple weeks, and I would like to use flax seed (drunk with water) as a toxin absorber and colonic broom. Can someone please point me to directions, warnings, etc.? Thank you!
I’m not sure if fasting is the best way to do it… but, I’m open to anything. I feel pretty “weighed” down, and generally malaised – physically and mentally.
