My friends and I are having a cancer remission party for our friend and we want to wear cancer ribbon shirts to show our support.
i had a mri of my brain after ct scan came back with a 1cm spot in my head. i go and have a mri and the doctor doing the mri tells me that it looks benign and i have nothing to wory about……….
My Mother called me last night and dropped the bomb on me…. She tells me to sit down and that she really has something to tell me that is going to change our lives…
She started to cry and I didn’t hear what she said at first. So I asked her to repeat it. The child in me wishes that she would have never said it…but all I could say was that I was sorry….
LAME! I didn’t know what to say… I proceeded with the normal – are you ok, and is there anything that I can do for you…. no matter what, you can count on me… and I love you mom….
But really what do you say that they need to hear?
I think it is possible since there has been an increase in ****** cancer lately and more mothers work outside the home now and are more likely to microwave meals. Just something to think about.
