I got a free trial of powerflush 500 and was just wondering if anyone got this specific brand or not and how well it works? Also since it is a colon cleanse will I be going all day or no?

I wanted to go on a diet but i thinking about getting my colon cleansed first. I guess i just wanna start fresh and get all the bad **** i ate out of me. Also I heard beef takes years to fully digest and clear of of your body. Is thats true because i eat a lot of steaks and hamburgers and i would be really backed up right now..please help thanks alot.
