Ex boyfriend with cancer?

Megan asked:

About a month ago, I was dumped by my boyfriend. I was dumped over a 30 second phone call. I was confused because we hadn’t really gotten into a fight or anything. 2 days later I find out he was diagnosed with cancer. I am worried sick about him. He won’t pick up my phone calls or talk to me on MSN, but when I approached him at school, we could have a normal conversation. It turns out that he will have to go through chemotherapy and radiation. I asked him at school if wanted to be friends, and he told me not until after his chemotherapy is over. Our mutual friend then told me that he doesn’t want my support because he thinks it’s just me trying to get back together with him. This is annoying me because it’s not the case at all. I’m just worried sick about him and I just want to support him, not create problems for him.
Well I’ve been honest with him, and recently he had his mom return the stuff I gave to him, like these hockey gloves. It really hurt me, so I asked him at school why he did that and he said that he won’t be able to play hockey anymore so he won’t be needing them anymore. He’s willing to talk to me, but he really is shutting me out, I’ve also noticed I’m not the only person he is shutting out.

Silenc4me asked:

My half sisters grandparent, and confidant while I was growing up has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. What is the proper etiquette if I want to send something to show this person that they mean/meant something in my life. I think sending a “Sorry you are dying” bouquet would be both disturbing and tacky, but I want to demonstrate that I care even though I am far away and we have been out of touch. Any suggestions?

Anna R asked:

Okay, so, I’m 16 years old and yesterday I went to my doctor because I was having some breast/nipple discharge [not pregnant, doctor put that one to rest] and it turns out that I might have a type of brain tumor that is sending out wrong hormones, or too many, to the rest of me. I had one blood test taken and I’m still waiting for the results [the only time I actually **** the weekend] and if the hormones are to high then I’ll need to have another blood test taken two weeks later. After that, a brain scan. Problem is, no one knows that this is happening to me. I want to tell someone, but it;s kind of hard to explain it to my boyfriend why he can’t touch my ******* [for the tests, they can't be messed around with] or tell my cousin or sisters about it. It might be nothing, but, I don’t know, don’t want to toss it on anyone, either. So, how do I break it to my boyfriend, sister and [girl] cousin? Thanks.
Although it would be dormant and would be of too much trouble unless it evolved.

what are the consequences of smoking tea?

cake? asked:

don’t bother telling me how stupid it is, i already know how stupid it is:D

but like, is the smoke just as bad as cigarettes? could you really get lung cancer from smoking too much tea? (yes it’s tea like from a tea bag rolled up in a blunt) or is it like not as bad as a cigarette? what if you don’t hold it in your lungs, or if you don’t even breath it into your lungs?
