Cause my grandma is dying of pancreatic disease in the bones and I’d give up anything to have the cure if there is.

I’ve seen people who get hit in the liver and they drop to the ground in a ton of pain.
I’ve heard things about nerve endings that cause paralysis or that if it’s hit hard enough it releases toxins into your body.
So does anyone know the science of why exactly getting hit in the liver causes so much pain?
My physicia’s nurse called me today with the results of my blood test. I have 122 pancreatic enzyme level. The nurse told me that 90-110 was “normal”. What does this mean? if it’s higher than normal? I’ve only found materials, online, about LOW levels of pancreatic enzymes being symptomatic of pancreaitis, cancer, or diabetes. I haven’t found anything about higher than normal levels being a symptom of illness. Am I super healthy or is something else going on?

I am a organic whole foods vegan. I don’t eat junk food at all. I exercise 4-5 times per week. I take B Complex, Flax Seed oil, greens, legumes, nuts and seeds, 64oz minn of H20 everyday. I do not eat can sugar. If I do eat sweetner it’s a little bit of Agave Nectar. I **** 2x a day regularly. I take these herbs, usually daily: ginger, pau d’arco, cayenne, Chlorella, schizandra berry, nettles, dandelion leaf, siberian ginseng. I use Vegan Colon Cleanse 3 days each month (before I start my period).
About a month ago, I had some severe stomach pains. The pain would then redirect to my back – some of the worst pain I’ve ever encountered. I went to the doctor and got some blood work done and they said that my pancreatic lipase levels were high. Just two weeks before, I had stopped taking Alli and I know Alli inhibits lipase enzymes. I was just wondering if anyone can verify if there is a connection between the two.
I just found out today that I might have Cervical Cancer. I just had a baby girl a lil over 2 months ago and what scares me the most is if something happens to me what will happen to her??
I forgot to ask but will it cause me to never have kids again??
