I went to the dentist a few months ago, and he said I was starting to get “smokers palate” or something. He said its from smoking…the tissue in the mouth loses pigmentation from smoking. I never asked him if this was harmful…but when I looked in the mirror today and opened my mouth, like the back of my mouth and sides are like turning creamish color! Ive only been smoking for a year!! Is this harmful?? And I do plan on trying to conceive in the near future, so I am working on quitting, so if I quit fairly soon, will I be okay?
