Could somebody explain in basic terms how capsaicin helps kill certain cancer cells? Also, has anyone figured out why it affects only particular cells?

I have 3 more sisters and I will tell them. Especially about self examine b/c this is how I found mine.
I would have to say i my opinion aids b/c at least with Cancer u have a fighting chance if it’s caught on time.
Like what a general cancer would look like, i’m a cancer and I wanna see how close it is
