Chronic lymphocytic leukemia?

Tutey asked:

My father was just diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. We have the information the doctor has given us and it is treatable although he will live with it forever. Does anybody know of any long term risk factors? Or any information? I’m not finding much on the internet! Thanks in advance.

How many women will get ****** cancer this year?

anne M asked:

There is so much promotion for ****** cancer this month. I know the numbers must be staggering if it is getting so much coverage online, in stores and in the news.

I was waiting in some kind of DR’s office to get results and they actually told my mom and she told me. It was so real. I woke up and felt so releived that it was actually a dream. I’ve also had a dream that I had AID’s before. What does this mean?!?!

Do I have cancer? I seem to have symptoms.

Trevor B asked:

For about six months I have experienced a dull ache in my upper abdomen on the left side. Three months ago I had a stomach endoscopy procedure that produced no results. The doc said “Don’t worry, no cancer.” He prescribed heartburn related meds that I’ve been taking since. Recently, I’ve been experiencing dull aches in my legs and a lymph node under my left arm pit has been hurting for a couple of months now. The sensation in my chest has not improved at all and I’ve even lost about ten pounds. I swear the convenience of the internet is both a blessing and a curse. Anyone can diagnose/misdiagnose themselves fairly effectively. Am I in trouble or freaking out? Thanks.
