He is not eligible for any assistance that I know of for treatment, he is not a citizen. What ideas or places do you know of that treat discounted, free or in experimental tests or procedures for volunteers?

Cancer from smoking

I am doing a research paper for school on how technology has effected ****** Cancer and I have been unable to find what I am looking for. There is so much information out there that I was hoping with a little help I could narrow it down some.
