I know that, at certain concentrations, bile salts increase the activity of lipase but i read that at concentrations which are too high; the lipase is inhibited.
Is this true?

My older sister is having a baby and the doctor said her iron level is low (11 level) and i found out liver have very high iron…. what is really tasty recipe for liver that my sister would eat…?
Or if youb have anyother HIGH iron foods that she would like that would work too?
I am getting tired of eating southern style fried chicken liver. What other ways are there to cook chicken liver so that it is delicious?
Or in other words will heavy beer drinking like college drinking effects your body’s ability to digest fat from pancreatic enzymes like trpsin pepsin amylase and lipase etc… Im young 28 male an get bloated have trouble gaining weight and have low energy my theory is not getting enough energy from fat?
